In your next step, you will set up your first search keywords to watch. Don’t worry, you can add additional campaigns later.
Once your Account is set up, you’ll need to classify the content that comes up as positive or negative and that’s it. You will get reports on any changes to your content rankings. If you have signed up for our service, we are already at work to help get your positive content ranking higher and this software is included with your service. First you need to tell us what search terms people use to Google your company or name. + show more This will be your Base Search Term and then you can also add a couple variations people use. E.g. my base search term is “matt earle” and then my Refinement 1 is “matt earle toronto” (the city I live in) and then my Refinement 2 is “matt earle reputation.ca” (the company I am associated with).
