The EU court’s decision to allow individuals to request that irrelevant or no longer relevant information be removed from search results has sparked a passionate debate around the topic of a person’s right to be forgotten.

With this debate in mind, the National Post is publishing a series of articles on the topic of a right to be forgotten.  Today, an extensive op-ed by Reputation.ca’s President Matt Earle was published by the newspaper, which can be found on page 12 of today’s National Post.
